Safety Evaluation of Subway Tunnel Construction under Extreme Rainfall Weather Conditions Based on Combination Weighting–Set Pair Analysis Model

Regional extreme rainfall events have occurred frequently in China, and subway tunnel construction faces possible threats under weather conditions. Thus, this study, we used the set pair analysis (SPA) approach to safety evaluation of tunnels developed a model circumstances. Firstly, based on careful consideration complex environment conditions, system was considering four aspects: rainfall, hydrogeology, design, management. Moreover, weighting each index factor carried out using improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) method, entropy weight method (EWM), linear method. Secondly, uncertainty tunnels’ fuzzy nature evaluation-level classification, multivariate linkage number theory established. Finally, applied case. The results show that are consistent with actual engineering survey results, which verifies practicality effectiveness evaluating safety. We also determined primary factors risk development trends affect conditions guide management construction.
